Online RMA form
In order to register a repair order or return and to handle it efficiently, we have set up an RMA procedure. You can use the online web form on this page to submit a request to have an item purchased from us sent to us. Once you have completely completed this online web form and tapped "send message" you will receive a confirmation of receipt. In the case of a repair order, you will receive a confirmation email from us within one working day. In the case of a return order, your request will first be assessed by the sales department and you will receive a response within two working days. We will only take back a product in new condition and complete in the original packaging.

Return instructions
1. Pack the product securely in the original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
2. Include a copy of this RMA form in the package.

4. Please ensure you use a trackable shipping method and keep the tracking number for your own reference.

Please note: Products returned without a valid RMA may not be accepted or processed.
Repair handling outside of warranty
For repairs outside the warranty period, a quote will be made if you tick this box on the web form. If a product shows defects caused by incorrect use or because it has been exposed to conditions for which the product is not suitable (for example, fall or moisture damage), you will also receive a quote. If you do not agree to the quote, research costs will be charged when we have to return the product to you. We will not charge any costs for destruction.
