The Ei450 acts as a central control unit for managing all Ei alarm detectors in a system from a single location. If you have smoke, heat and carbon monoxide detectors on the same system, we strongly recommend installing a control switch. This is crucial as it allows you to quickly identify which specific alarm has gone off. At that point you can accurately determine what hazard is present and what immediate action needs to be taken. The Ei450 is equipped with LED indicators that clearly indicate which type of hazard has triggered the alarm. This allows you to immediately take appropriate action for an effective response.
